Kelsey was born on the 28th of December 2002 in Oklahoma, her mommy Raye Dawn Smith, her father Lance Briggs. 'Kelsey Loved to dance, and do the cha-cha with her mommy. She loved riding roller coasters with mommy. She would do anything as long as her mommy did it with her. She was always waiting on Grandma Gayla because they would do everything together that people could possibly think of. Kelsey always looked forward to her cousins coming to stay the weekend with her. Kelsey's favorite movies were 'Shreck', 'Stuart little 2' and 'Monsters Inc'. Most of all she loved to lie down and sleep with her mommy, whether it be just a little nap or all night long.' Kelsey was murdered on the 11th of October 2005 by her stepfather, she is missed by all who knew her, her family love her so much.
